why some player´s dn´t have DA and OC to play??

i dn´t have DA and OC to play, at two month´s, i send a mail to impulse and nothing just yesterday they send me response with a file to fix that, but that file dn´t fix to.

i try all thing´s run as admin reinstall start a game in multiplayer where i was the host and finally that file but they still grey, i just play DA or OC when i join a host and i take that 2 DEMIGOD´s by default, and the i play with them.

but i think i´m not the only one more player´s have the same problem why?

this new patch 1.30 do that?make error with the lost patch?what is happen here?and why impulse or stardock dn´t fix this manually they can do that why just dn´t fix i pay for my game and i wanna play with all DEMIGOD´s is unfair.

if someone know how fix plz say something because our support is over thk

Suggest you send off another email to support@stardock.com. You can copy and paste the following:

I purchased demigod some time ago and still do not have access to the demon assassin and occulus characters. Would you please register these to my account? I contacted you before and you sent me a file to run, but it did not solve my problem. Please assist. Thanks!

I had this problem when I had a previously patched version of DG and Occ was released. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work. I had to unisntall, run ccleaner to clean out the registry and then install again to make it work.

Since this time, I no longer have a problem if I reinstall OS from scratch... so I am thinking there was just some anomaly in the uninstall routine when I

1) Had a previous patch and updated to the latest patch
2) Didn't clean out the registry after uninstalling.

There are many registry cleaning utilities out there, but I believe ccleaner is the best, and I also trust it at work. (I do QA engineering for a software telephony toolkit, so it is pretty important that it works for my testing)
